Raipur: Valeria Gorokhova, the Head of the Department of International Relations of the All-Russian political party “United Russia,” embarked on a significant diplomatic mission to Chattisgarh, India. Her visit, part of the “Know BJP” international program organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), aimed to foster inter-party cooperation and deepen ties between Russia and India.
Accompanied by representatives from Nepal, Bangladesh, and Mauritius, Gorokhova delved into the intricacies of BJP’s operations in Chattisgarh, learning about the upcoming Lok Sabha elections’ preparations. In Raipur, the state capital, they engaged with local BJP leaders, gaining insights into the party’s strategies and meeting with its youth and women’s organizations.
As guests participated in BJP’s election roadshows in Raipur and Takhatpur, interacting with voters and attending meetings with prominent local figures. Special receptions hosted by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and Deputy CM Arun Sao provided platforms for discussing future avenues of inter-party collaboration among regions.
